Homemade pizza, JChurch

Today we visit a topic sure to enflame the hearts of all. Pizza. One might just as well ask about love - when the topic is pizza, passions flare and opinions are hotly debated. Thin crust or thick? Chicago or New York? New Haven or Cambridge?

Greek style? Okonomiyaki? Okay that's crazy - Japanese & Greek pizzas are not pizza!

Take the pizza poll and tell us who you think has the best pie.

While enjoying a pre-movie* pizza at Emma's we asked ourselves:

  • Is the best pizza in Boston, in Cambridge?

The answer could well be: Yes!

Emma's offers ultra-thin crust, sturdy enough to hold up sausage, caramelized onions, kalamata olives. Try 25 standard combos or make your own. 12" or 16".

Satisfying salads, IBC or seasonal beer. Wine, sangria are also available and hard cider, too.

But it is the pizza you must try. Rosemary sauce is offered on several pies. I want to work my way through the entire 25. Who's up for it? We could do a 25 pies in 25 days challenge.

Here's Emma's Menu. How many can we discuss?
