If you are out doing some holiday shopping, you might just stop by a local Starbucks for a quick pick-me-up. Green tea is a great option, and is calorie free if you don’t add any milk or sugar. But chances are you will be longing for the “velvety mouthfeel” of a premium drink like the espresso truffle.
Not a problem, just make sure you run four and a half miles to counteract that grande espresso truffle with whipped cream at 460 calories. Yowie!
