Snap Fitness located on 26th and Sycamore has been open for 11 months and will be coming on its 1st year anniversary. It is one of the best 24 hour fitness locations in Sioux Falls and has a great owner, Bruce Anderson. He has lost 50 lbs or more since he opened this gym and has a story to tell his members. Daily Workout!
Warm up - 5 minute walk/run
5 x 10 second sprint (take a 2 minute rest between each) Treadmill or outside
Rest 5 minutes
100 push-ups (maximum 20 rests at 1 minute each)
5 x 8 second meter sprints (take 2 minute rest between each) Treadmill or outside
4 minute Plank ( 5 rests of 15 seconds at most)
4 minute wall-sit ( 3 rests of 15 seconds at most)
50 push-ups ( 10 rests at 1 minute each at most)
2 x 30 second sprints (rest 2 minutes between each)
5 minute cool down (jog/walk)
Abs and Stretch!
