Hey Sioux Falls!

It is the perfect time of year to get back into the gym. You may ask why this is? Well it will begin to cool down here in North America and most exercisers do not like the cold.

Want a better reason?

Exercise reduces stress levels and this is the perfect time to be taking your mind off of stressful things. Perhaps stuff like the economy! Risk-Taking is back in the game with banks reported by Stevenson Jacobs of the AP press. The article is linked here. Do not think too much about this; just run.

Another Good Reason?

You can be just like Serena Williams if you exercise! This is correct; you can hit balls extremely fast, sprint at bursting speeds side-to-side, and swear like a sailor! Article also linked here.

Still want to spend some time outside?

Well, do what Jeff Pederson is doing here in Sioux Falls. Strap on some nice running shoes and make some money for someone who really needs it. The article is linked here. Kelo confirms that Jeff is doing this for Madison Hagen a 4 year old twin whom has brain cancer. He ran the Sioux Falls Half-Marathon this last weekend in her honor. Good luck to both of you.

I would like you to listen to the video and learn the instruction, but overall today I would like to see you do 5 miles in your running pace. If you have never done 5 miles before I want you too today!
