 A Friend Katie recently asked about Zone Diet and Crossfit. These are both very beneficial possabilities for you Sioux Falls!

Katie: :) hey i saw your new group...i like it. question for you...are you familiar with crossfit and if so wat do you think of it? also what about the zone diet? i m trying to loose weight and i figured you would know the best plan :)

Me: You know Katie. I am a huge fan of both and that is wonderful that you found them!

Zone diet actually is based on true nutrition and not starving yourself until you lose your metabolism, muscle, and fat. The downfall is the amount of time you have to spend counting calories. You need to find your comfort zone and make sure it is right for you.

Tips: Look at my article that is based on counting calories and find your RMR. This number will help you find out how many calories you need to consume in a day based on your activity level. After you do this send me a naother message and we can explain more if you need it.

What is Zone Diet?

In short, it is the most current and lawful diet on the market. Mixing proper nutrition with marketing techniques. They advertise nothing that makes someone raise an eyebrow, but it does take work and it is real.

How do you make it work?

With Zone diet one has to be ready to keep a food journal everyday (initially) so they do not fall into a hole that cannot be easily escaped from.

What is Crossfit?

It may be fairly defined as an idea of perfecting fitness more so than a company, but don't get me wrong it is a machine of business. The web-site is full of information and for 25 dollars a year you gain full access if I understood it correctly.

 How is it different?

This site is based off of knowledge and control.

 The work-outs that they publish are hardcore, quick, and best of all they work! Read through and try to understand it all for yourself.
