
Hey Sioux Falls! Here is a good workout that will compliment the ab routine from the last article. It focuses on your lower back; please be careful the lower back is very fragile. During this routine it is suggested that one visits a doctor before starting it, and while doing it one does not try to be impressive. This means start with a low amount of weight and move up slowly.
Tricks with the lower back
Lower back workout (Links available for instruction)
Warm-up with 20 superman at 5 seconds a piece. (5 sec on 5 sec off)
Back extension 3 sets of 15 (weight can be used) Version 1(easy) -- Version 2(gym-harder)
Roman-Dead-Lift** 3 sets of 10 (weight can be used) Version1 (easy) -- Version2(gym-harder)
Finish with 50 superman at 3 seconds a piece (3 sec on 3 sec off)
**Using the Roman-Dead-Lift Version 1 - one can use soup cans or a jug of water in each hand. If weight is not wanted; you can still do the exercise without it! Here are other ideas if at home!
