Here is a workout based on the movie 300!
50 pull-ups
50 dead-lifts (with 135 lbs)
50 push-ups
50 box-jumps (with 24 inch box)
50 floor-wipers (with 135 lbs)
50 Clean and Press (26 lb kettleball)
This is a regimen for the serious lifter and body dreamer. Do this 2 times a week!! Very very little rest.
