Want to efficiently and healthfully lose body fat? Well you need your fat burning Heart Rate! Want an easy way to do this? Ok, follow the steps bellow.
You need your age and a calculator.
220 - your age = #
# x .7 = #.7
# x .6 = #.6
#.7 + 15 = Your high heart rate boundary
#.6 + 15 = Your low heart rate boundary
Example for person age 23!
220 - 23 = 197
197 x .7 = 137.9
197 x .6 = 118.2
137.9 + 15 = 152.9
118.2 + 15 = 133.2
A person age 23 would keep their heart rate between 133 and 153 for the most efficient fat loss! Do not work out longer than 2 hours on any day please! Be careful.
