Dr. Maoshing Ni has written the article linked below and it is genius not because it is new information, but because it is all of the smart information. How do you know it is smart? Because it is not trying to sell a product. Smart is when the advice has no attachments!

1. First of all, avoid any fad diets and fast-acting solutions that guarantee incredible weight loss while you watch television and eat deserts.
2. Focus on being fit rather than being thin. Aiming to be thin often means restricted eating, over-exercising, and anxious obsessing about weight - there is nothing healthy about this mindset.
3. Eat five small meals per day. Find a small bowl the size of your two palms when they are placed next to each other - this should be the size of each meal. Eating throughout the day keeps you from becoming famished and overeating at your next meal.

Go walking before it gets too cold. I want you to walk 4 miles outside. You should finish this in 1 hour. Get moving!
If you want advice on what to lift today Just attempt 200 push-ups (all togeather if you are made of iron or in sets of 5,10, or 20) during the walk and still finish the walk in 1 hour and 10 minutes!
