Miss California fired by Donald Trump and stripped of her crown

Miss California has been fired by Donald Trump and stripped of her crown.

Miss California, Carrie Prejean, has been fired and stripped of her crown. Donald Trump, has been stated as firing Miss California not because of her controversial views on gay marriage, but for not following the protocol, that was required of Miss California.

Keith Lewis, the California pageant's executive director, stated that, ""This was a decision based solely on contract violations...After our press conference in New York we had hoped we would be able to forge a better working relationship. However, since that time it has become abundantly clear that Carrie has no desire to fulfill her obligations under our contract and work together.”

While Donald Trump backed Keith Lewis on his statement, it was his sole decision to tell Miss California that..."You're fired!"

Miss California will have to relinquish her stripped crown, step down from her title of "Miss California", and become a normal person again. Miss Malibu, Tami Farrell will take possession of the crown and the title of "Miss California".

I sincerely hope that Tami will keep her honest opinions to herself. Never exercise her rights as an American, using freedom of speech, stating her thoughts and values on a controversial subject. Otherwise, she might hear those fateful words...You're fired!

Obviously, Miss California is to be seen, not heard and honesty is not the best policy. I believe this is the moral to be learned. If you are truthful, speak your moral beliefs and stand behind those opinions, you are not worthy of holding a title such as "Miss California".

This is my opinion of the whole situation, regardless of what the media and others are reporting. If you stand behind your morals, the crown awarded to you, will be taken and you will be told, "You're fired!".  So sad.
