Just in time for the holidays Coole Swan Superior Dairy Cream Liqueur has arrived in Dallas and the rest of Texas.  It is made from fresh double cream, Single Malt Irish Whiskey, smooth chocolate, and infused with Madagascan vanilla, & Cote ’d lvoire cocoa. It is made exclusivly in Dublin Irelad.

This is one the finest cream liqueurs on the market today and has already won Best Liqueur & Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits competition.

It is truly wonderful just chilled or in one of the cocktails below.

COOLE SWAN™ Candy Cane

1 oz. Coole Swan
1 oz. ml. Cranberry Infused Vodka
¼ oz Pomegranate   Syrup
Cinnamon

Combine all of the ingredients together in a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake well.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with Pomegranate seeds and flamed cinnamon or a cinnamon stick.

To flame cinnamon:  sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon onto the top of the cocktail over an open flame to release the aroma.

 Chocolate Martini

Use equal parts Coole Swan, Cream De Cacao, and vodka.

Combine all of the ingredients together in a shaker with plenty of ice and shake well.
Strain into a chilled martini glass that has a swirl of chocolate sauce in the bottom and top with a dusting of cocoa powder.

Coole Swan can be found at all of the DFW area Goody-Goody Liqueur stores. So give it a try and enjoy…
