
Walking past the Whole Foods Market bakery section was always depressing. Nothing to eat for those of us on a gluten-free diet. But that has changed. Whole Foods Market now carries delicious, giant, frosted gluten-free cupcakes.
The cupcakes come in either chocolate or vanilla. They are huge with a lovely swirl of decadent frosting on the top. Keep them in your refrigerator and then let them come to room temperature before serving.
Now there is no excuse not to have a cupcake ready to send with your gluten-free child when they have a birthday party or special day at school. Or better yet, to enjoy when you are craving a delicious treat that you don't want to bake.
