This is a delicious recipe that is easy to make and a treat to eat.

Ingredients
6 Tablespoons honey
6 Tablespoons San-J wheat free tamari or gluten-free soy sauce (www.san-j.com)
2 teaspoons freshly grated lime zest
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
8 4-ounce boneless chicken thighs, excess fat removed

1.  Mix all ingredients besides chicken in a large bowl.  Add chicken pieces and stir to coat.  Cover and refrigerate for atleast two hours.

2.  Preheat grill to medium heat.  Remove chicken pieces from marinade and place on grill.   While chicken is grilling, bring marinade to a boil in a saucepan.  Reduce by about half which will take approximately 10 minutes.

3.  Flip chicken over after grilling for 8 minutes.  Cook chicken approximately 6 more minutes or until the meat registers 165 F.

4.  Remove chicken from grill and serve with marinade reduction.
