A new gluten-free, vegan, and sustainable restaurant will soon be opening in Chicago. If you were a fan of the Balanced Kitchen, you will be happy to know that the owners (Josh and Betty Alper) will be opening up a new restaurant in Chicago.
As soon as the City of Chicago grants the final permits, The Great Taste Cafe will open in the Holmes Place Fitness Center at 355 East Grand, Chicago, IL.
The GREAT TASTE CAFE is committed to "sustainable eating" featuring local, organic, and seasonal items made fresh daily. Stop by for a smoothie or a salad and some of Betty's Vegan-Gluten-Free Desserts.
All food is dairy free (Vegan), egg free and gluten free. All items containing soy & nuts are clearly labeled.
