It's LA, so what's the big deal that it's technically summer? The number one difference between summer and - how to define the rest of the year? - not-technically-summer is the temperature at night.
Since it remains warm and light well into the evening, the ideal places to happy hour change slightly based on their patio space.
Here are my top 5 places to happy hour while the sun is out and things are pleasant:
