Chocolate and coffee is one of the best food pairings in the world. Nay, the universe. Put them together in a cookie and you’re halfway to heaven.
The dough for these mocha crunch cookies comes together in just a few minutes because you use refrigerated cookie dough as a base.
Easy Mocha Crunch Cookies
1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough, softened
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 ½ tablespoons instant coffee
¾ cup powdered sugar
Preheat the oven to 375 F. Use your mixer to blend all the ingredients. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls. Bake 8-10 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar as soon as you can handle them with your fingers. I was able to do this immediately after transferring to a wire rack.
