Jon Gosselin's alleged former fling Kate Major (a.k.a. Kate 2.0) could be making an appearance in court to testify as a witness in the lawsuit TV network TLC has filed against Gosselin, according to gossip website TMZ.
Major, a former reporter for Star Magazine, has claimed that Gosselin and her were "romantic" on several occasions, and that Gosselin was the one who convinced her to quit her job in order to be with him. Gosselin denies any romantic involvement with Major.
Presumably Major would be called as a character witness in the trial, to demonstrate TLC's claims that Gosselin was "erratic" and "self-destructive."
TLC has filed a breach of contract lawsuit against Gosselin, claiming that his paid appearances on shows like The Insider and Entertainment Tonight violated the terms of their agreement.
Major, along with others, will appear at a deposition hearing on December 10.
