I first learned of Dining Details at an intimate gathering that took place at my friend's home earlier this year. The personal chefs were on hand in the kitchen when we arrived, preparing healthy and fabulous food while their wait staff served us throughout the event.

Overall, the experience was amazing and I couldn't stop talking about them. I was pleased to learn that they were on Twitter and I soon began chatting online with owner Julie Frans, learning more about the family business that she owns with her husband, Robbie.

Julie Frans created Dining Details in 2005. Combining their passion for organic and whole foods with their attention to detail, Dining Details has recently expanded, moved locations and now offers school lunches and kid-friendly recipes through their sister company, Chickpeas.

Recipes and lists of services along with menu suggestions can be found on their website, although they personalize all of their menus based on the needs of their clients and can cater their recipes around any dietary restrictions you or your guests or family members may have.
