Every issue of Portland's In|ur (aka Intentionally Urban) magazine is green. It is a beautiful, high quality on-line magazine for intentional urban dwellers. It introduces ideas for more conscious choices you can make while living in the city. Health and wellness are based on the small details. Living intentionally is all about being conscious of what you are doing and it's about moving through your day with purpose. We need not go live out to the country to be intentional. We can do it right here in the urban environment.
In each bimonthly issue In|ur delves into natural health topics and paths to healing. In the April/ May issue they share the story of Charlotte Klee’s healing garden. They explore her garden and the healing nature of gardens, "scientists are just now beginning to understand what gardeners have known for centuries—that gardens serve as a physical space where self examination, memory, and the senses can be rejuvenated and the spirit healed."
