Bring all ingredients, except shrimp to a boil in a large saucepan. Cover, turn heat down, and let simmer for 15 minutes so flavors can develop. Add shrimps and return to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and let cook 15 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through - pink and opaque. Transfer to a large bowl and serve, using hands to peel your own shrimp.
