DU Hospitality

Join University of Denver's hospitality students Wednesday, November 4th as they treat you to an evening of cocktails, food, wine, and music.

Begin the evening with a cocktail reception while a string quartet from Lamont's School of Music sets the mood. Following the reception will be a five course dinner paired with wines. Every course has been designed by Chef Michael Duffy and the HRTM Culinary team. The nuances of each glass of wine from David Arthur's vineyard will be carefully paired with the meal to enhance the local flavors.

All proceeds from the dinner will go to benefiting a scholarship for the hospitality students.

The absolutely delectable menu includes the following dishes:

  • Herbed Indian fry-bread with Colorado smoked trout
  • Huckleberry, sunflower seed, and Colorado goat cheese salad
  • Mushroom stuffed pasta
  • Grilled rack of lamb with Swiss chard
  • Mexican chocolate tart

Check out the website to see the entire menu and the David Arthur wine pairings.
