Fontainebleau supports the cause

Everything’s tickled pink this month, including the posh Fontainebleau Miami Beach. By partnering with Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the resort plans to support National Breast Cancer Awareness Month by donating proceeds from various sales.

For the cause, the Fontainebleau's three signature restaurants, Gotham Steak, Hakkasan and Scarpetta, along with Blade Sushi Lounge, will serve up a three-course prix-fixe menu ($39) – think of it as your Miami Spice extension. $1.50 from each menu will benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure, and those who indulge in the dinner special can enjoy a sweet ending over at the in-resort bakery, Solo, as a ‘thank you.’

In addition, visitors and guests can sip the Pinkie Promise – a mix of Ketel One Citroen, fresh raspberries, lemon sour, pomegranate syrup, cane nectar and lime. Lounge at Bleau Bar or any bar stop in the hotel and $1 of your cocktail sale will benefit the cause.

If you’re heading in for a day of relaxation, stop by Lapis, The Spa at Fontainebleau, for either a 50 minute Swedish or Aromatherapy massages and receive a 25 percent discount. Fight the battle of breast cancer and reward your body at the same time.
