In case you've been under a rock, "Heroes" is a fantasy/supernatural drama that explores what takes place when otherwise ordinary folks like you and me discover they have superpowers. They begin as strangers initially, but then little by little, they find out they’re all connected.

This all happens while a big conspiracy and a worldwide nuclear bomb threat is unfolding, which of course, only they can stop. They each discover their own individual “super” identities, and grow closer and closer to each other as they try to save each other on the way to saving the planet collectively.

“Heroes” is in its 3rd season, and the 6th episode is entitled “Dying of the Light.” The original airdate on NBC-TV is Monday, October 20, 2008.

Knox and Dapne (who are Villians), bring Hiro and others into the Pine Hearst fold. They give Hiro an assignment. Recent events have left Angela and the Company paralyzed, so Peter travels straight to Pine Hearst to get answers. A shocking meeting changes him irrevocably. At the same time, Claire and her mother Sandra try to help Meredith get away from Villain Doyle. Doyle has the power to take mental and physical control of others. Nathan brings Tracy to Suresh later on, trying to help them get a better understanding of where their super abilities came from.

“Heroes” stars Greg Grunberg, as Matt Parkman, Ali Larter, who plays the triple roles of Niki Sanders/Jessica Sanders/Tracy Strauss, Hayden Panettiere as Claire Bennet, Sendhil Ramamurthy as Mohinder Suresh and Masi Oka as Hiro Nakamura. Cast member Milo Ventimiglia plays Peter Petrelli and  Adrian Pasdar plays Nathan Petrelli.  Jack Coleman triples as Noah Bennet/Horn Rimmed Glasses/H.R.G. Double roles are played David Anders (Takezo Kensei/Adam Monroe) and Alan Blumenfeld (Maury Parkman/The Nightmare Man). Rounding out the cast are Ashley Crow as Sandra Bennet, Jessalyn Gilsig as Meredith Gordon, Dania Ramirez as Maya Herrera, and James Kyson Lee as Ando.

Suspenseful storytelling, this episode was written by Adam Armus. and Kay Foster, and produced by Aron Eli Coleite and Lori Motyer.
