Inspire Yoga is offering a free presentation Wednesday, October 28, on Human Emergence and Rapid Transformation (HEART), a new method of tapping into the highest, most evolved part of the brain.

Neuroscientists have long known that humans use only a small percentage of the brain, leaving vast amounts of untapped potential to experience more joy, empowerment, and meaning in our lives. HEART explores the concept of engaging the prefrontal cortex, the part of the brain engaged in decision making and personal expression. Experts believe that by accessing the prefrontal cortex, we can experience a higher consciousness and greater potential.

Subsequent sessions will focus on increasing your mind’s energy and using it to effect positive changes in the body, such as increasing energy and relieving stress.

Attendants at the HEART presentation will receive a $15 gift certificate for Inspire Yoga.

Date: Wednesday, October 28
Time: 7:30 pm
Location: Inspire Yoga, 4515 West 90th St., Prairie Village, KS 66207
