Ryan has been an avid runner for several years. He has run track and cross-country competitively in high-school along with intramurals in college. He currently runs for fun and exercise. He has and continues to take part in numerous races and athletic events that include 5k’s, mini-marathons, stair races, 24 hour relays, etc. both locally and nationwide. Ryan usually finishes in the top 10% of races. Ryan welcomes your questions and comments at mcneilr55@hotmail.com.
