OPEN HOUSE, everyone is welcome!
Designer Showcase has relocated to the Washington Square Design Center (8200B Washington Ave) and is celebrating with a catered wine and cheese reception this Thursday, June 18th, from 5pm - 8pm.  They have over 5,000 square feet of elegant showrooms displaying vignettes of furniture, art and accessories, an attached warehouse and spacious interior design offices for their staff of 10.

The Open House will give Harris County residents a chance to meet the award-winning designers who moved from the Stafford/Sugar Land area this spring.  They specialize in custom home building specifications, interior design projects for all sizes and budgets and their very successful consultation package  for "Home Staging" a benefit to home sellers in particular.  "We take your existing furniture and develop a plan," explains owner Vicki Love of Love Designs, "that will show off your home to its best potential for interested buyers."  Often the service includes consulting on basic, less expensive changes to pull the home into shape for optimum selling, such as neutralizing paint colors, de-personalizing or downsizing the accessories accumulated over the years, space planning to emphasize room size or to change the focal point in a room.  "Home Staging is a quick and intelligent investment to showcase your home for optimum selling."  Welcome to this dynamic team.
