Twilight mania will hit the metro-Detroit area Saturday, November 14. Peter Facinelli is Dr. Carlisle Cullen in the super popular Twilight saga and will make an appearance at the Frenchtown Square Mall in Monroe. Facinelli will be on hand to sign autographs from Noon until 4:00 pm.

For an autograph it will cost a mere $25 and to have your picture taken with the sparkling Facinelli you will have to fork out $40. If that seems like a lot of money, rest assured a portion of the proceeds go to Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for childhood cancer research.

For the three people that might not know, Facinelli plays Dr. Carlisle Cullen in the blockbuster movie Twilight, based on the book of the same title from Stephenie Meyer. Dr. Cullen is the leader and "father"  to a coven of vampires. They co-exist with humans by drinking animal blood and acting as a family.

The second movie in the Twilight series, New Moon, is due to hit theaters November 20. Facinelli will reprise the role of Dr. Carlisle Cullen in New Moon. He is making appearances to promote New Moon and is currently filming the third part of the Twilight saga, Eclipse.

In other appearances, Facinelli has drawn close to 2,00 people and they are expecting at least as manny at Frenchtown Square Mall. It would be a wise move to get there early and maybe do a little Christmas shopping. This will be Facinelli's only stop in Michigan so there are sure to be lots of Twilight fans.
