The 411:Charles Dickens' timeless tale of an old miser who must face Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Yet-to-Come, as they help to bring kindness to his otherwise cold heart. The Ghosts remind him of the man he used to be, the hard truth of what the world is today, and what will happen if he does not strive to be a better man.
The Good: Jim Carrey and the rest of the amazing cast of this Robert Zemeckis animated version of this movie is just amazing. It's a great movie for the entire family to check out before the Christmas spirits take over all of us and if you see it in 3D it's even better then taking in the music and the characters in a normal viewing environment. Robert Zemeckis takes you far back in time to the Victoria Era in London and that makes this version of the story the best one since Charles Dickens wrote the original story.
The Bad: It's a little darker then you may want the movie to be and it does not take full advantage of everything that 3D has to offer.
The Last Word: As previously stated, it's the best version of the story since Dickens wrote the original and it's a feel good family movie that can be enjoyed by anyone in your family from little Jack to Grandma.
Theater, DVD, or Cable in a few years: It's a must in 3D!
