When was the last time you changed the oil in your car?

How about your body?

Just as your car needs proper internal maintenance to run well, so does your body.  After all, you can trade your car in for a new one when it stops working, but your body is the only vehicle you get to carry you through life.

One of the essential needs of the body is healthy, high quality oils, specifically Omega-3s.

Dr. Sears explains, "Today’s food supply gives us an overabundance of omega-6 fatty acids – the ones that can cause inflammation if left unchecked. Omega-3s balance out these omega-6s in your body. Ideally, you want an omega-6 to omega-3 ratio of 2:1. If you’re a typical American, you probably have a ratio of 20:1.

The key is getting that ratio down to healthy levels. When you get more omega-3s in your system, your cells get to work. They tell your genes not to produce inflammation and hardening of the arteries."

Inflammation is the leading cause of all disease.  By boosting your omega 3 intake your body's inflammatory response is lowered significantly.

Omega-3s are  also known in the medical community to:

*boost brain functioning
*increase energy
*improve memory
*reduce stress

Food sources of Omega-3s:

*cold water oily fish such as salmon, herring, mackerel, anchovies and sardines (wild caught)
*eggs
*flaxseed
*walnuts
*chia seeds

Some of these sources however, are not in proper form and need to be converted in the body.  Americans in general do not eat nearly enough oily fish on a daily basis to get the level of Omega-3s the body needs.

The easiest way to ensure you’re getting enough omega-3s is by taking a quality supplement.

Recommended Omega 3 supplement:

Moxxor is a pure, potent source of Omega 3's from the green-lipped mussel of New Zealand.

It's anti-inflammatory effect is 250 times stronger than most fish oil supplements, and the product has no fillers, PCB's or chemicals whatsoever.
