King of Pop Michael Jackson

News sources say that Michael Jackson’s will was filed in a downtown courthouse giving guardianship of his children, Prince Michael Jackson Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson, Prince Michael Joseph Jackson II to his 79 year old mother Katherine Jackson. It also states that he leaves his assets in the Michael Jackson Family Trust Fund. Although the contents of the will did not particularly specify it is reported that it provides for his children and mother and as well as distribute money to several different charities.
The will also said that if his mother died before him, he named singer Diana Ross as their guardian. In the will Michael Stated, “I have intentionally omitted to provide for my former wife, Deborah Jean Rowe Jackson”. The will was signed July 7, 2002.
Michael’s attorney John Branca and long time friend John McClain released a statement saying that the most important thing in the will for Michael was his unwavering desire that his mother, Katherine become the legal guardian over his three children.
