In a Gallup poll released today, President Obama's approval ratings have fallen among liberals, moderates and conservatives since May. His approval rating is down to 88% from 90% by liberals and 74% to 70% among moderates. Obama's approval numbers by conservatives dropped from 42% to 37% between May and June.
President Obama's approval ratings dropped overall from 65% in May to 61% in June. Is the honeymoon over for President Obama as some pundits suggest? Hardly. One only has to look at the president's approval ratings between January and June to see that his approval rating has remained fairly consistent during his first six months in office.
Though his June approval rating at 61% is one percentage point lower than it was in March, his approval rating has remained steady at between 61% and 66%.
President Obama's approval by demographics is perhaps the most interesting of all.
