CLEVELAND-Moon, 40, of Medina, was arrested on July 29, 2008, at Cleveland Hopkins Airport for attempting to travel with 46 photos of child pornography in his checked luggage. Four of the photos depicted prepubescent children engaged in sexual activity, and 42 depicted child nudity. Moon's laptop and cell phone were also taken from him at the time of his arrest.

The CDs contained numerous images of child nudity. The images were sent to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), which identified two known child victims of sexual abuse from the photos that Moon tried to smuggle through the airport.
