Joshua O'Bannion, 25, of Gilbert, Arizona, was indicted November 6, 2009 on four counts of sexual battery and three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Prosecutors say Joshua O'Bannion was a youth pastor at First United Pentecostal Church in Parma. Between January 2008 and December 2008, Joshua O'Bannion, then 24, sexually assaulted a 14-year-old female and 15-year-old female who attended the church. The assault occurred in and outside of the church.

The victims disclosed to Parma police after O'Bannion was arrested in Chandler, Arizona on September 9, 2009, for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old female. At the time of arrest he was working as a youth pastor at a church in Tempe, Arizona; the 14-year-old victim attended the church in Arizona.

Joshua O'Bannion's arraignment is scheduled for November 19, 2009.
