Gratus Ingram was sentenced November 6, 2009 by Judge Timothy McGinty to 10 years in prison.
The Parma Police received a tip that Ingram, 59, of Parma had child pornography on his home computer. On April 24, 2008, the Parma Police obtained a search warrant to search his apartment located at 5717 Chevrolet Boulevard.
The Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force conducted a forensic exam on Ingram’s computer. Ingram had 3,449 images and 52 videos of children being sexually abused and exploited. On September 30, 2009, Ingram pleaded guilty to 35 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, 26 counts of minor in nude material or performance, and one count of possessing criminal tools. He is a Tier III Sexual Offender.
