Britney Spears’ ex-boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, will stand trial for battery, hit and run, and felony assault with a deadly weapon, reports TMZ.
His victim, Ram Moskowitz, testified at Ghalib’s preliminary hearing, saying that Ghalib hit him with his car after he tried to serve the photographer with legal papers.
Ghalib did not testify during the hearing, and is scheduled to be arraigned on July 23. If convicted, he faces up to 7 years in prison.
