Former Nashville Titans and Baltimore Ravens quarterback Steve McNair was found shot to death in his Nashville, Tenn. home on Saturday.
McNair was killed from a single gunshot wound to the head. An unidentified female was also found dead at the scene.
Initially, police reported the shooting of McNair and the female was a double homicide, but now WTVF in Nashville is reporting the deaths resulted from a murder suicide.
