The high-powered defense team representing accused killer, Casey Anthony, filed 10 more motions in the case on Wednesday.
According to CFNews 13, the motions involve constitutional issues her lawyers believe may impact her, including the constitutionality of Florida’s death penalty and certain jury instructions.
Casey is charged with the first degree murder of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.
In the meantime, Casey is scheduled to appear in court on a different matter in two weeks. On Dec. 11, 2009—the same day one year ago that Caylee’s remains were found—Casey will be in court for a pre-trial conference regarding her check fraud case.
Read the defense motion to dismiss the fraud charges against Casey.
Casey's criminal trial is slated to begin in June 2010.
