The man accused of taking the surreptitious ‘peephole video’ of ESPN reporter, Erin Andrews, appeared in court on Monday to enter a plea.

Michael David Barrett, 48, was arrested at Chicago O’Hare International Airport in early October for stalking, intending to harass, and intimidating Andrews.

Barrett is accused of obtaining video of Andrews shot through a peephole as she walks around her hotel room completely naked. The video appears to include six different clips from three different hotels, according to the prosecution.

Barrett pleaded not guilty on Monday to the charge of interstate stalking in U.S. District in Los Angeles. He remains free after posting a $100,000 bond on Friday, according to The Globe and Mail.

The amount of Barrett’s bond was set by U.S. Magistrate Judge Carolyn Turchin who called the man’s alleged behavior cunning, calculated, and secretive. She also indicated he posed a threat to the public, according to the Globe.
