Casey Anthony case: Jose Baez says chloroform evidence ‘insignificant’ (video)

Jose Baez, the attorney for accused killer, Casey Anthony, was present at the prosecution’s deposition of Casey’s brother’s girlfriend on Thursday.
Mallory Parker, Lee Anthony's fiance, did not speak about the case; however, Baez talked to Fox News about the evidence released last week regarding traces of chloroform inside a syringe found in a sports bottle near Caylee Anthony’s remains.
Casey is charged with the first-degree murder of her daughter, Caylee, 2, and traces of chloroform were also found in the trunk of her car.
Baez said the chloroform evidence is “insignificant” and “…as everything else in this case it was blown way out of proportion...”
