In the final hours of their lives, Steve McNair and his mistress, Sahel Kazemi, exchanged a number of text messages.
Police believe on the night of July 4, Kazemi killed McNair and then turned the gun on herself in an apparent murder-suicide. Authorities surmise Kazemi's actions were stemmed from her financial problems and that fact she believed the married McNair was seeing yet another woman.
CBS News now questions this scenario and the investigation into the case, finding inconsistencies that may exist in the case and questioning whether the deaths of McNair and Kazemi were both murders, rather than murder-suicide.
