It will be another week till a new ep of "True Blood" so once again, here are suggestions for Fang Bangers everywhere to satisfy their bloodlust.

Enjoy.

Blacula: In this Blaxploitation rendering of the Dracula tale, an African prince is bitten by the Prince of Darkness himself. Shenanigans ensue when Blacula is awakened in Los Angeles and starts a feeding frenzy that intensifies when he meets the reincarnation of his dead wife. Although the film is dated, there are still some chills, most notably in the hospital and dark room scenes.

The Morganville Vampire Series: This series of novels about a young girl attending college in a town rife with the Undead has been unjustly overlooked in the wake of the "Twilight" frenzy. The fact that Rachel Caine, author of the estimable "Weather Warden" series writes these books, should be all the impetus you need to sink your fangs into this series.

Blood, the Last Vampire: On of the best animes ever made, this film tells the story of a kickass, antisocial vamp killer (is there any other kind? ) named Saya. Set on an American army base in Japan, this is one horror film you never want to end. The thrills and chills are every minute. By the time the flick ends (with a twist ending that may have you literally yelling for blood), you will be begging for more.
