Here are a couple tips to get the best value out of your next trip to DSW.

Go straight to the clearance section. DSW shows you the four color tags and what they mean (Blue = 30% off, Green/40, Purple/50, etc.). And, you can find some great deals this way – so be sure to pay close attention to the price sticker on the outside of the box. But, when you’re in the clearance section look for the yellow tags. Yellow tagged items are 80% off the DSW price (which is typically less than retail). For example, a saavy shopper can get a beautiful pair of black coach pumps on sale for $40. They were originally $200+. The shoes in clearance are usually gorgeous (with a few misses) and are always a steal!
