Make a black spider Halloween magnet with kids.

Halloween crafts and decorations add fun and excitement to Halloween. Kids love to make their own spooky projects and display them for everyone to see. Black spider magnets are a quick and easy Halloween craft that kids of all ages can make.

Halloween Spider Craft Materials:
Construction paper
Washable black paint
Scissors
Googly eyes
Magnet strip

How to Make a Halloween Black Spider Magnet Craft:

  1. Gather all materials and dress young kids in a paint smock or old T shirt.
  2. Paint the palm and fingers (leaving the thumb clean) of each child’s hand. Have them press their hands onto the construction paper.
  3. Turn the paper around and repaint the hand and fingers again. Assist the children with placing their palms on top of the palm print on the paper.
  4. Allow the body of the black spider to dry.
  5. Stick googly eyes onto the face of the spider.
  6. Cut out or have the kids cut out the black spiders.
  7. Place a small magnet on the back of the spider and stick to the refrigerator.
