Former 'Newlyweds' star and girlfriend call it quits

The reps for Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo have confirmed that the pair has officially split after three years.

Nick previously starred on the MTV reality show 'Newlyweds' with his ex-wife, singer/actress Jessica Simpson. Jessica, who is about to film a new reality show called The Price of Beauty which will air on VH1 in 2010, is currently dating Dallas Cowboys Quarterback Tony Romo. Vanessa is a former MTV presenter.
This comes just weeks after rumors that the couple's relationship was on the rocks. Earlier this month Vanessa told People Magazine that she and Lachey were "very much still on."
