The Seafair Pirates storm Seattle!

Ahoy, mateys! The scurvy Seafair Pirates will be back in town this Saturday with their annual landing at Alki Beach in West Seattle. The fun starts at 10:30am and the pirates will set foot on dry land at about noon.

The event will feature lots of fun for families. The first 500 kids to show up (beginning at 10:30) will receive a free toy pirate kit. Dress up the youngsters for costume contests and stop by the Kiwanis Tent to get a free sample of root beer brewed by the local Ellersick Brewing Company. There will also be music and bouncy houses (with a small fee of $6 a kid or $10 for 2 kids for unlimited play).

The Seafair Pirates are a summer tradition, so don't miss out on the fun! If you do, they'll find you and make you walk the plank.
