We all know it can be a pain to get kids to eat at times. Sure, they gobble up anything that's sweet and has no nutritional value, but getting in the healthy foods can be such a challenge. You might feel good about what they choose when out and about, but in reality those foods might not live up to your standards. If you knew more about those favorites, chances are you'd be less likely to allow your child to eat them.
MSNBC has revealed the 20 Worst Kids' Foods in America. Looking through the list of popular foods from restaurants, malls, and those that are pre-packaged, it's easy to see why childhood obesity is on the rise. 16% of children between 6 and 19 are considered obese or overweight, while 15% are at risk for becoming obese or overweight.
