
Thomas Voelker jumped out of the crowd to take Stage 5 of the 2009 Tour de France today.
The course was windy, really windy, today, causing the peleton to split into smaller groups of bikes throughout the ride. Cancellara and Armstrong retain 1st and 2nd positions, respectively.
