He has served clients as Construction Management, Owner’s Representative, Project Development Manager, Construction Consultant, General Contractor, and a number of other positions. Karl is a construction expert witness, civil engineer, MBA, and is a licensed general contractor. He now resides with his wife in Orlando, Fla.
