It's been almost a foregone conclusion that "Heroes" would be losing some of their cast in their future, and Adrian Pasdar is the first to go. The veteran actor, who played politician Nathan Petrelli for four seasons on the NBC drama, will be leaving the show sometime in the near future according to Entertainment Weekly.
Of course, the following would serve as a good follow-up question: why? There has yet to be an official reason given, but it may have something to do with the show's ever-declining ratings or the fact that the writers have really failed to give Nathan much to do over the past season and a half. "Heroes" was at one time held in high favor by critics, but really ever since the show's first season we haven't seen the same sort of consistent storyline told.
