Jesse McCartney can now join the ranks of Roseanne Barr and others who have successfully botched our national anthem. The singer (who also has a recurring role on the ABC Family show "Greek") was performing at the Pepsi 500 NASCAR race on Sunday when he managed to completely skip over a line of "The Star-Spangled Banner." While his singing voice was up to par, having an entire part missing from the song made for an obvious (and potentially embarassing) problem for the singer.
However, the good news is that he managed to keep his cool and finish the national anthem without any further complications or line-dropping. Do you think McCartney will be remembered alongside the ranks of Roseanne for this gaffe? Check out the video below and let me know your thoughts with a comment!
